GINUARY 8th: Gin French 75

1 oz. G’Vine Floraison Small Batch Gin
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Dry sparkling wine to top off (grab a cremant d’anything) 

How to:
Pour G’Vine Floraison Small Batch Gin, lemon juice and syrup over ice in shaker. Shake and strain into flute glass. Top with your favorite dry bubbly and a lemon twist.
